About Nickolas Vidovic
I am a motivated real estate professional who strives to ensure that I exceed my clients’ needs and expectations in every way. Since childhood, I have been exposed to the wide spectrum of the building and development industry and this frontline experience has enhanced and reinforced my knowledge and ability in understanding and applying special marketing and sales techniques to high-end luxury properties in West Vancouver and the West Side of Vancouver.

I have followed in my father’s footsteps in producing some of Vancouver’s most renowned luxury estates. The pursuit of higher education and consequently the completion of a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Construction Management and a Diploma in Building Engineering has also facilitated and solidified my ability to always be focused, organized, hard-working and to stay on task. Other than working diligently side-by-side with my father for many years in the quality custom home business and successfully accomplishing a University education, I have also had the privilege of working in the municipal public sector for four years as a plans examiner. This type of government work in the area of permit application/regulations has greatly enriched my knowledge about the properties and structures that my clients are interested in. Specifically, my past work experience has facilitated me in adopting some very critical skills that are considered essential in the real estate business – I am a strong negotiator, aggressive in the utmost professional way and very well studied and versed with respect to the building, real estate industry and overall market trends.
I pride myself in having a strong work ethic and it comes extremely naturally for me to always apply a warm, welcoming and enthusiastic approach when fostering interpersonal connections. I am a person of integrity and I have a unique, dynamic approach and skill-set that is adaptable to suit my clients’ needs.
I have become a strong favorite as a personal representative for some of the world’s most talented entertainers, and in such instances I strongly adhere to the principles of discreetness, privacy, confidentiality and of course offer the same degree of attention and professionalism that I give every other current or prospective client. I also encourage and pride myself in the ability to make and sustain long lasting friendships/working relationships with all of my clients.
My business philosophy is guided by the belief that a client should always be treated the same way I want to be treated. I give 100 percent of my personal touch to every buyer or seller, by ensuring constant communication and taking a leadership role. I do not believe in having an assistant answer my calls; I would rather have my clients hear my voice to know that they are always being taken care of.
